What we can help with
Because Savehatch is a publisher rather than the extension's developer, the enquiries we are able to answer are specific:
- Editorial questions — a claim on one of our pages that seems unclear, out of date, or inaccurate.

- Privacy requests — access, deletion, correction or opt-out requests under the rights set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Accessibility — anything on this site that is difficult to read, navigate or operate with assistive technology.
- Legal and rights — questions about the terms on which this site is offered, covered in our Terms and Conditions.
What we cannot help with
We are not able to provide technical support, account help, billing assistance, refunds or cancellations for Genie by Groupon or for any retailer mentioned on this website. We also cannot make a coupon code work, or extend a promotion that has already expired — that is decided by the retailer running the offer. Those requests must go to the product's own provider, whose support channels are listed on its official website and inside its store listing.
